Valerie “Bangs” Garcia
Bangs Garcia now known as Valerie Garcia was first seen on TV via Lets Go. From being a simple girl in the youth oriented show to being one of Jake Cuenca’s leading ladies in Palos, she is ready to accept more mature role very soon. Her perseverance is slowly paying off and there are two projects lined up for her. She will be soon be seen in Humingi Ka Sa Langit and Banana Split. Valerie is glad with the trust given to her by ABS-CBN and her new family from Star Magic. She had four days vacation in her hometown in Davao where she had her pre-birthday celebration. She turned 21 years old last May 26.

Miles Ocampo
Eleven year old Miles Ocampo started at a young age doing commercials before she joined Star Magic and she is now growing up to be a charming teener. This original cast of Goin’ Bulilit is not only a talented dancer but also a good actress. Last seen in I’ve Fallen For You, Miles is busy filming a new movie where she plays sister of Sarah Geronimo. She will also be seen in Utoy with Makisig Morales and Dolphy. She looks forward to challenging role like an autistic child. She considers domestic and international trips for shows as perks of the business. One of the most memorable was her recent trip to Hongkong with her Goin’ Bulilit friends. Despite her busy schedule, Miles is a 6th grader of School of Saint Anthony and dreams of becoming a flight attendant. She regularly attends her jazz and hip hop classes. She was recently seen in ASAP with Empress Schuck and Dianne Medina for the Full Circle production number. She celebrated her birthday last May 1 with family and friends.

Krista Valle
Half British–half Filipino Krista Valle’s ultimate dream since she was young is to be a celebrity like her Padilla uncles. Launched as a Star Circle 15 member, she is a potential character actress who finds kontravida roles more challenging. She hopes to be given a new TV project since Abt Ur Luv ended already. This debutante is patiently waiting for a good project that will give her a chance of working with the big names in the industry. Krista had a birthday celebration in ASAP along with other Star Magic May celebrants. She celebrated her birthday with good friend Valeen Montenegro last May 3.

Angel Sy
Angel Sy is the witty girl who was best remembered in a noodle commercial. Her charm captured Star Magic and she was asked to be part of several ABS-CBN shows. Recently seen as young Kim Chiu in Maligno, she was a regular of Princess Sarah, Calla Lily at Anghel na Walang Langit. Angel is a third grader also an achiever in Philadephia School. She won first place for Linggo ng Wika as Manang Biday and got superior academic excellent medal this year. Just like any ordinary kid in Goin’ Bulilit, she loves singing and reading books during her free time. Angel turned 8 years old last May 4.

Jiro Manio
Sixteen year old Jiro Manio is one of Star Magic’s pride as he was hailed the youngest best actor for his excellent performance in several movies, especially in Magnifico. He was well praised after bagging international nominations and awards. He was recently seen as a gay son of Cherry Pie Picache in Mano Po 2 and Maalaala Mo Kaya. Jiro is also a favorite in independent digital films. Another movie line up for him is the sequel of Tanging Ina under Star Cinema. Like other actor, Jiro hopes to achieve more, especially earn a degree in college soon. This chef aspirant is now a graduating student in San Felipe Neri Parochial School. Jiro celebrated his birthday last May 9.

Chris Gutierrez
Being the grandson of showbiz legend Gloria Romero and Juancho Gutierrez is not at all a pressure for the 16 year old Chris Gutierrez. During his younger years, he never thought of joining showbiz until Star Magic asked him to be part of the Star Circle 13. Chris was launched two years ago along with other co-Star Magic artists who are also part of Astigs and played love interest of Zia Marquez named Clay. He has a strong bond with his co-stars and feels like home despite the long hours of shooting. One of his most memorable out of town Astigs taping was in Camsur where he enjoyed wakeboarding in CWC. This showbiz royalty have been in the business for two years and he knows that there are more in store for him especially things to learn about the business. He is taking it slowly but surely and enjoying his time as an actor and student. Chris is also doing good in school and presently a junior student in La Salle Greenhills. He had a birthday blast last May 9 with friends.

Alfonso Martinez
We have seen 21 year old Alfonso Martinez grow up being the son of Liezel and Albert Martinez. In his younger years, he was one of the Ang TV originals. Unknown to many, he tried to be independent, living abroad and be away from his family for the first time. He admits that it was sad to be alone but had the best experience. Alfonso lives with his parents for good and continues his school. With his good looks, he was asked to be part of Star Magic 15 a year ago but he was hesitant. After quite sometime, he now tries it out and eventually got a role in Astigs. Alfonso hopes to be part of another youth oriented show very soon. He misses his regular shooting schedule and bonding with the Astigs cast. Alfonso celebrated his birthday last May 19.

Carla Humpries
After Palos, 20 years old Carla Humphries is happy to be back on TV! She is chosen to be Roxanne Guinoo’s friend and love triangle of Erich and Matteo Guidicelli in Ligaw na Bulaklak. Unlike her role in Palos as the President’s daughter, Carla is now challenged to be playing a girl named Precious which is far from her usual roles on television. She is thankful to be given another TV project again. Carla recently guested in an episode of Your Song where Victor Basa and Joross Gamboa are the lead actors. She will be seen in Preview magazine with Melissa Ricks, Maja Salvador and Kim Chiu as cover girls next month. This Tangerine endorser taped for Boy and Kris on her birthday and had dinner with her family last May 20.

Nikki Bagaporo
Nikki Bagaporo is a Star Magic resident child actress. A regular of Goin’ Bulilit, she was a regular of Mga Anghel na Walang Langit and Flordeluna. She was awarded Most Popular Child Performer in Guillermo Memorial Mendoza Awards for her performance in Mga Anghel na Walang Langit. Nikki is not only good in acting but also a crowd favorite in singing. She was seen in Wowowee and Singing Bee where competed with other kids as well. She is a six grader of GSM Christian Academy who loves attending jazz and hiphop workshop. Nikki celebrated her 11th birthday last May 23.
